Job summary

LMI is seeking a Senior Quality Management Process Improvement Specialist to support the US Border Patrol PMOD portfolio. The role develops practical metrics to identify pain points impeding adherence to quality standards for services and products, and tracks performance for timely assessment of operations and issues to inform management decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant work experience
• Ability to work on multipleAmbiguity projects
• Navigate complex organizations
• Strong quality management fundamentals within project constraints
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and ability to build polished client deliverables
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and presentation skills
• Excellent customer relationship management skills

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute a process for managing a large volume of deliverables.
• Develop quality control plans and processes with project oversight in adherence to LMI procedures.
• Work with Project Manager to establish milestones and checkpoints to review batches of policies and products.
• Define and execute continuous process improvement related to documenting and maintaining risk.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize operational performance and drive high-quality results.
• Design and implement scalable operational processes using Agile methodologies for workforce deployment across locations.
• Oversee nationwide fleet and onboarding logistics and coordinate resources with vehicle service providers.
• Act as the primary operational contact for subcontractors and drive regular business reviews to monitor KPIs and staffing.
