Job summary

Ilocatum is seeking a Corporate Process Quality Manager to lead a collaborative initiative to build a best-in-class quality culture and process control across manufacturing. You will provide technical direction, drive continuous improvement, and integrate customer requirements (Nuclear, Military, Aerospace, NADCAP, AS9001) into our manufacturing culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Metallurgy (or equivalent).
• Certified Quality Engineer (ASQ) preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years quality leadership experience with hands-on shop floor continuous improvement demonstrated success.
• Six Sigma Black Belt with multiple projects completed.
• Qualified Lead Auditor in quality systems such as ISO 9001:2008 or AS9100.
• Metals industry experience and/or metallurgy knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a best-in-class quality culture with technical direction for manufacturing departments.
• Drive company-wide continuous improvement with focus on problem solving and process control.
• Support CAR system and build cross-functional teams for improvements.
• Provide leadership on quality metrics, audits, and training across the organization.
• Engage sales and production leaders to ensure quality throughout operations.
• Utilize AQQP tools (APQP, FMEA, 8-D, VSM) and lean methods on the shop floor.
• Partner with subject matter experts to define critical part features and tolerances.
