Job summary

Far West Federal Holding, LLC is seeking a Training Specialist to coordinate workforce training, certification support, facilitation, and process-improvement activities for CBP under the PPMSS contract. The role supports the Border Patrol and AMO PMOs and tracks mandatory training, organizes logistics, and helps capture lessons learned for practical improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; or equivalent experience offset with government client approval.
• Three or more years of relevant experience required.
• Experience coordinating federal training, certification programs, workforce development, and DHS FAC-COR or FAC-PM processes preferred.
• Experience facilitating working sessions, lessons-learned meetings, and process-improvement efforts preferred.
• SharePoint content management and training-registration logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PMO training execution and monitor CBP mandatory training.
• Support DHS FAC-COR and FAC-PM certification processes and development plans.
• Manage Training SharePoint page; research courses, schedules, and logistics.
• Coordinate registrations, travel-approval submissions, communications, and training documentation.
• Plan and facilitate meetings; prepare agendas and minutes; track actions.
