Qualifications

• 3+ years in quality, process improvement, operational excellence, or a related field.
• Strong problem solving to identify root causes and drive lasting solutions.
• Data-driven approach using metrics to guide decisions and improvements.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, engineering, quality management, operations, or related discipline.
