Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with 3 years in Quality/Process Improvement OR 5 years in Engineering with Lean Six Sigma.
• Proven project ownership yielding sustainable long-term savings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead WPS tools to eliminate quality losses and deviations.
• Compile and submit One Best Way deviations and support replication opportunities.
• Build quality loss profiles, KPI metrics, and gap analyses to guide priorities.
• Deliver results through loss elimination and standard work that reduces variation.
• Hire, train, and mentor associates while supporting department leaders on WPS programs.
