Walmart in Mount Pleasant, IA is seeking a Manager II, Quality Engineer to lead quality-focused process improvements inside a Distribution Center using Walmart Performance System. You will identify quality losses, reduce process variation, and strengthen one best way execution through data-driven problem solving and standard work, while mentoring associates and partnering with department leaders.

This role blends project leadership with people leadership to deliver measurable KPI improvements

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with relevant experience.
• 3 years’ experience in Quality or Process Improvement, or 5 years in Engineering/Process Improvement with Lean Six Sigma experience.
• Demonstrated project ownership resulting in sustainable savings and strong analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Walmart Performance System (WPS) tools to eliminate quality losses and deviations.
• Compile and submit playbook deviations; drive divisional replication opportunities.
• Develop KPI metrics and gap analyses to guide priorities and WPS integration.
• Deliver results through loss elimination and standardized work to reduce variation.
• Hire, train, and mentor associates while supporting department leaders on WPS programs.
