Mass General Brigham seeks a Performance Improvement Manager to lead quality and safety initiatives in the Brigham family perioperative services. You will manage a portfolio of department projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and collaborate with clinical staff to drive improvements.

The role requires 3–7 years in project management and quality improvement in healthcare, with an emphasis on data-driven outcomes and strong leadership. Hybrid work after initial training is offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Master's degree in a related field preferred.
• 3-7 years of project management experience required, preferably in healthcare.
• 3-7 years Quality and Process Improvement experience in healthcare.
• 3-7 years of team leadership experience required.

Mansioni

• Leads multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate quality care initiatives.
• Designs and implements data collection tools; oversees data analytics and integrity.
• Collaborates with clinical staff to improve performance on quality measures.
