Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3–7 years of project management experience in healthcare is required.
• 3–7 years of Quality and Process Improvement experience in healthcare preferred.
• 3–7 year of team leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Leads multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate quality care initiatives across Perioperative Services.
• Designs and implements data collection tools and oversees data analytics and data integrity.
• Supports measurement frameworks and drives continuous improvement across the department.
• Collaborates with administrative and clinical leadership to meet strategic goals.
• Performs other administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Professional Operations.
