Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated seeks a Senior Project Manager to independently lead enterprise‑wide quality initiatives. You will partner with the CQO and executives to drive patient safety and quality outcomes across hospitals and the system.

The role requires strong PM skills, healthcare experience, and the ability to navigate a matrixed organization. Hybrid work with on‑site location at 399 Revolution Drive, MA, and 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Related Field or equivalent years of experience required.
• Master’s Degree in a Related Field preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in project management, principally in the healthcare industry.
• Leadership, lead, or team support role experience required (0–1 years).

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple, high-priority projects aligned with CQO and enterprise-wide quality goals.
• Partner with executive, clinical, and operational leaders to drive initiatives that improve patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Develop, implement, and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables; identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate enterprise-wide working groups and/or committees, ensuring clear objectives, effective collaboration, and measurable results.
• Create and maintain project documentation and records to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders across the enterprise and with external partners.
