Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation seeks a seasoned Quality Manager to drive the organization’s total quality function across multiple sites. You will lead continuous improvement using ZEBS, Lean Six Sigma and quality principles, ensuring compliance with IAPMO, PDI, CSA and ISO standards while enabling successful product launches.

This role requires 25–50% travel (domestic and international) and leadership of a cross-site quality team to prevent defects and achieve supplier and customer

Qualifications

• BS in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 6+ years of proven experience implementing and managing quality systems and teams.
• Experience leading ISO 9001/QMS in a high-mix assembly environment; exposure to IAPMO, NFS, CSA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System across multiple sites.
• Lead the quality organization and drive continuous improvement to meet internal and external quality standards.
• Champion CAPA program and drive root-cause analysis with suppliers and internal teams.
• Lead quality audits (internal, customer, and third-party) and ensure timely closure of findings.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Product Management, and Sourcing on new products and changes.
