Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Quality Manager III to lead the organization’s total quality function, drive continuous improvement, and oversee supplier and customer quality processes. The role integrates Lean Six Sigma and ZEBS practices to achieve zero defects and world-class manufacturing.

Qualifications

• BS in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering required.
• 6+ years of proven experience implementing and/or improving quality systems.
• 2+ years of supplier quality experience; international experience a plus.
• Experience leading an ISO 9001-based QMS in high-mix assembly operations.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma experience; Green or Black Belt certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the quality system and regulatory compliance.
• Lead company-wide procedures to support quality system requirements and world-class execution.
• Drive continuous improvement to achieve world-class customer satisfaction using lean, six sigma, and ZEBS.
• Lead quality standards across the organization and grow supplier quality for domestic and international vendors.
• Conduct supplier quality audits and manage PPAP requirements with suppliers.
