Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Quality Manager III to lead the global quality function across seven sites, drive continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with IAPMO, PDI, CSA and ISO standards. The role requires travel 25%–50% domestically and internationally and will reside in Norcross, GA or Rockwall, TX.

Qualifications

• BS in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 6+ years of proven experience implementing and managing quality systems and teams.
• 2-4 years of supplier quality experience including PPAP and supplier collaboration.
• Experience leading ISO 9001/QS9000/AS9100 or ISO/TS 16949 based QMS in a high-mix assembly operation.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma experience; Green/Black Belt a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and regulatory compliance.
• Lead multi-site quality organization to ensure consistent quality program implementation.
• Drive quality standards and engage across functions to improve quality metrics.
• Lead audits, CAPA, and supplier development activities to reduce defects and warranty costs.
• Support new product development and product launches through APQP/PPAP and quality planning.
