Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive quality experience; 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency with ISO standards such as ISO 9001 and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve the QMS to support quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead cross-functional quality initiatives to improve compliance, productivity, and risk mitigation.
• Serve as primary contact for regulatory inspections and audits; maintain knowledge of regulations.
