Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the quality management system across design, sourcing, manufacturing, and service functions. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, mentor quality teams, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and relevant regulations.

The role emphasizes data-driven quality metrics, CAPA leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to reduce defects, improve process capability, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality Management or related field.
• 5-10 years of progressive quality experience, 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with corrective actions, root-cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone), FMEA, and control plans.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, drawings, specifications, and government regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve the QMS to align with lean manufacturing principles, ensuring it supports product quality, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead cross-functional quality initiatives that drive measurable improvements in compliance, productivity, and risk mitigation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory inspections and audits.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable regulations and ensure organizational practices remain compliant.
• Lead efforts to identify and address compliance gaps proactively.
• Utilize data-driven methods (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC) to improve process capability, reduce waste, and improve quality KPIs.
• Investigate quality deviations, lead CAPA processes, and manage customer complaints to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with various department staff to provide data about current quality levels and expertise.
