Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Quality Manager III to oversee multi-site quality systems, drive continuous improvement, and partner with engineering and sourcing to ensure top quality in new products and supplier development.

The role requires travel 25–50% domestically and internationally, with duties spanning CAPA, audits, and QMS leadership across sites in Atlanta, Dallas, Fontana, Erie, Caddo Mills, Harborcreek, and Filamat Green Turtle.

Qualifications

• BS in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 6+ years implementing and managing quality systems and teams.
• 2-4 years of supplier quality experience including PPAP processes.
• Experience leading ISO 9001, QS9000, AS9100 or ISO/TS 16949 QMS.
• Strong leadership, presentation, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Experience analyzing data with spreadsheet tools (Excel/Access) and Minitab.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma experience; Green/Black Belt a plus.
• International experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site quality teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Drive CAPA processes for internal, supplier, and customer issues.
• Oversee audits (internal, customer, third-party) and close out findings.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Product Management, and Sourcing.
• Support new product development and APQP/PPAP activities.
• Develop quality metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to drive improvement.
