Job summary

Electrical Components International (ECI) in Byromville, Georgia, is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the quality management system for the transportation division. You will drive ISO compliance, implement QA processes, and guide continuous improvement initiatives across operations.

The role requires leadership of cross-functional teams, experience in high-volume manufacturing, and a strong track record with quality tools and problem solving. On-site position with travel as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
Lean or Six Sigma certification is desirable.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) desirable.

Responsibilities

Ensure that the quality processes are executed in an effective manner with the capability of identifying opportunities between the product process and operations.
Implement inspection methods to verify that product is released according to customer requirements.
Develop action plans for processes and objectives that are reported out of the goal.
Coordinate internal and external auditors to ensure audits are conducted timely and in compliance with requirements.
Review RMAs with MRB for root cause of defects and corrective actions.
Educate and train employees in quality systems and tools.
