Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five years in quality assurance or quality engineering in manufacturing.
• Minimum two years of people leadership experience.
• Eaton will not sponsor employment immigration for this position.
• Detailed knowledge of ISO9000 quality system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA/QC system for the plant, including receiving and in-process inspection, testing, audits and repairs.
• Drive problem resolution using an 8D approach and statistical methods.
• Collect and analyze quality data to support business objectives.
• Sustain ISO 9001 adherence and drive supplier quality initiatives.
• Develop quality training for operations and ensure PFMEA, control plans and standard work.
