This leader will manage Quality Nurse Specialists and partner with physicians, practice leaders, and operations to deliver measurable improvements in outcomes and value-based care programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years in healthcare quality, population health, performance improvement, or value-based care.
• Experience leading quality initiatives across physician practices or healthcare networks.
• Experience coaching or managing clinical quality staff.
• Strong understanding of quality measurement, reporting, analytics, population health, and CMS quality programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to a team of Quality Nurse Specialists.
• Lead quality improvement and performance management initiatives network-wide.
• Oversee quality reporting for MSSP ACO, Medicare Advantage, and other programs.
• Translate data trends into actionable recommendations for physicians and operations.
• Collaborate with physicians and operational leaders to drive performance improvements.
