Trinity Health, in partnership with Loyola Physician Partners, seeks a Manager of Quality to lead quality improvement, performance management, and reporting across a clinically integrated network of Loyola-employed and affiliated practices.

You will oversee a team of Quality Nurse Specialists, drive measurable improvements in outcomes, patient experience, and value-based care readiness, and translate data into actionable strategies for physicians and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Health Informatics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Five or more years of experience in healthcare quality, population health, performance improvement, value-based care, or related environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading quality improvement initiatives across physician practices, ambulatory care settings, or healthcare networks.
• Experience leading, coaching, or managing clinical quality staff.
• Strong understanding of quality measurement and reporting, performance analytics, population health management, value-based care programs, regulatory and payer quality requirements.
• Strong project management, leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate quality performance and strategy to clinical and non-clinical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee quality improvement initiatives across the Loyola Physician Partners network.
• Develop and implement standardized quality improvement strategies across employed and affiliated physician practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve clinical outcomes, patient care, and quality performance through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with physicians, practice leaders, and operational teams to design and implement performance improvement interventions.
