Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, a General Dynamics subsidiary, seeks a Quality Assurance leader at its Savannah Repair Station. You will implement policies, oversee sections of the department, and enforce procedures to uphold safety and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in aviation sciences or related field, 6 years of regulated aircraft quality experience, and 3 years in supervision. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Holding a valid FAA A&P Certificate.
• Extensive knowledge of 14 CFR Part 145 and related FAA guidance.
• Thorough understanding of 14 CFR Parts 43, 91, 121, and 135 as applied to maintenance and return-to-service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Repair Station complies with all regulatory requirements and manufacturer recommendations.
• Develop and implement quality standards, methods and procedures.
• Maintain relationships with local regulatory authorities, OEMs and vendors.
• Establish procedures for inspection forms and records; ensure proper filing.
