Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field; 2 years QA/manufacturing/military ops experience required.
• Aerospace QA experience and quality control inspection preferred.
• ASQ CQE certification and FAA designee considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop quality control methods for the product area.
• Prepare procedures to implement quality control requirements.
• Review test and assembly documentation and blueprints.
• Lead root-cause analysis and 8D corrective actions.
• Support internal audits and RCCA activities.
• Analyze quality data and generate inspection metrics and reports.
• Promote continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.
