Job summary

Blattner is seeking a Quality Manager to enforce our Quality Program across utility-scale energy construction sites. You will travel to project sites to assess workmanship, verify program compliance, and provide hands-on quality coaching to site leaders.

Working with the Quality organization, you will partner with General Superintendents to uphold contract requirements, design specifications, and company standards, driving improvements and building leadership capability for sustained quality

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, quality management, or related field.
8+ years of leadership experience in utility-scale energy construction.
Experience supervising field installation quality.
Willingness to travel up to 75% and work remotely ~1 week per month.

Responsibilities

Enforce consistent, high-quality execution of the Quality Program across all sites.
Conduct site visits, quality audits, and inspections to verify compliance with ITPs and project specs.
Apply installation knowledge to validate workmanship and quality.
Escalate quality issues to leadership as needed.
Monitor quality KPIs and drive proactive intervention across projects.
Lead or support root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
