Job summary

Blattner is seeking a Quality Manager to enforce the company's Quality Program on utility-scale energy construction projects. The role travels to project sites to assess workmanship, verify compliance, and provide direct coaching to site leaders.

Partnering with General Superintendents, you will drive quality improvements, hold projects to standards, and act as a field-based extension of the Quality organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, quality management, or related field.
• 8+ years of leadership experience in utility-scale energy construction.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Enforce quality program across all construction sites and ensurework installation aligns with contract requirements, design specs and codes.
• Conduct site visits, quality audits, and inspections to verify compliance with ITPs and quality control procedures.
• Escalate unresolved or recurring quality issues to project and Quality leadership and drive corrective actions.
• Monitor Quality KPIs and lead root-cause analysis for nonconformities and preventive actions.
