Job summary

Blattner Company seeks a Quality Manager for Field Operations to enforce the company’s Quality Program across utility-scale energy construction sites. You will travel to projects, coach site leaders on workmanship, perform inspections, and drive continuous quality improvements in collaboration with General Superintendents.

The role requires 8+ years of leadership in energy construction, a relevant degree, and experience with quality audits, ITPs, and Procore.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, quality management, or related field.
8+ years of leadership experience in utility-scale energy construction.
Proven commitment to quality execution in the field and supervision of work installation.
Willingness to travel 75% and work remotely about 1 week per month.

Responsibilities

Enforce consistent, high-quality execution of the Quality Program across construction sites.
Conduct quality audits, inspections, and site visits to verify compliance with ITPs and standards.
Lead root cause analysis for nonconformities and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with General Superintendents to drive quality improvements across projects.
