Blattner is expanding our energy construction leadership into gas power generation, seeking a Site Quality Manager to champion Blattner's quality culture on projects and ensure the Quality Program is delivered by field teams.

As a technical subject matter expert, you will mentor Site Quality Coordinators, develop inspection and test instructions, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with safety and engineering to uphold standards across multiple sites with up to 75% travel.

Formación

• Eight or more years of progressive related experience required.
• Experience in construction quality leadership preferred.
• Excellent communication and people skills at all levels, including with clients.
• Ability to translate technical material into clear messages.
• Leadership to train Site Quality Coordinators.
• Understanding of Standard Work, Lessons Learned, Work Methods, and Standard Work Instructions.
• Knowledge of Quality Control Inspection Instructions and Test Instructions.
• Strong root cause analysis, nonconformance reporting, and data reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assess Blattner's Quality Culture and ensure the Quality Program is implemented across projects.
• Develop and refine Inspection Instructions and Test Instructions in collaboration with project leadership.
• Train and mentor Site Quality Coordinators to build proactive quality culture on site.
• Support creation of Quality Control Work Plans for each project.
• Coach construction personnel on Quality Assurance and safety integration.
• Promote adherence to Standard Work Instructions and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Process Excellence team to update standard documents.
• Engage with Safety to align quality and safety programs across sites.
