Durex Industries seeks a Sr. Quality Manager to lead the quality assurance program within a manufacturing environment. You will drive robust QMS, implement CAPA, audits, and continuous improvement to ensure products meet customer requirements and regulatory standards.

You will collaborate across engineering, production, and supply chain to resolve quality issues, manage NCRs/MRBs, and mentor staff in lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a quality management role within a discrete manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing Quality team, driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001-2015, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, and ITAR exposure.
• Proficiency in quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, A3, Root Cause Analysis, and CAPA.
• Experience with ERP and QMS software systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Leads Quality System Management activities (risk assessments, document control, customer complaints, CAPA, audits).
• Develops and maintains QMS aligned with ISO 9001-2015 and ASME standards.
• Oversees calibration and maintenance of inspection and testing equipment.
• Ensures compliance with industry regulations and customer specifications.
• Train and mentor staff on quality procedures and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior leadership.
• Lead internal and external audits (customer and regulatory).
