Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in supporting industrial manufacturing products.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and Lean manufacturing.
• Direct customer support experience in quality.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality engineering support and direct customer coordination for production quality and validation.
• Lead CAPA, complaints and internal quality system activities.
• Drive internal quality improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate in product development processes, including validation and PFMEA.
• Lead problem solving teams and coordinate corrective actions.
