Job summary

The Pivot Group Network in West Michigan is seeking a Quality Manager in Byron Center, MI. The role leads a team of quality engineers and inspectors, develops and maintains QMS, and ensures product quality from inspection through release.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality-related field.
• 7+ years of quality management experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• CQE/CQM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) and procedures.
• Lead and manage a team of quality engineers and inspectors.
• Oversee product inspection, testing, and release to ensure specs.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce defects and improve quality.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and non-conformances.
• Conduct internal and external audits for quality standards compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product development and process improvements.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
