Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years in quality assurance or quality control within manufacturing.
• Proven leadership experience supervising and mentoring quality technicians or inspectors.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001) and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and quality analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and audit manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
• Investigate root causes of non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and specifications.
• Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits by customers and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
