Job summary

Webcor Construction, LP is seeking a Quality Manager to implement the Quality Control Plan on site and manage a robust project QC system. You will supervise inspections and tests of all work, including subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with contract documents, drawings, specs, and codes.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Owner’s quality representative, maintaining documentation, and leading the QC team to verify quality and completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering/quality management.
• Minimum eight years of construction experience including seven years in quality control for major public works.
• Commercial/industrial construction experience.
• CQM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes, implements, and manages an effective Contractor Quality Control System (CQC).
• Reviews drawings, specs, procurement docs and subcontract to ensure compliance.
• Schedules, administers, and performs three-phase inspections for each feature of work.
• Performs tests and verifications by staff and subcontractors to verify control measures.
• Maintains reports, files, and documentation for QC activities and tests.
• Coordinates work with Owner’s quality representative and responds to submittals.
• Manages project punch process and non-compliance resolution.
• Collaborates with Safety Manager to ensure compliance.
