RTX Collins Aerospace in Pueblo, CO seeks a Sr. Manager of Quality to lead a growing quality organization across Engineering, Inspection, Metrology, MRB, and a testing lab. Responsible for developing a performance-driven strategy and delivering on-site quality improvements.

You will drive RCCA, data analytics, and continuous improvement, collaborating with Operations, Programs, Materials, and Engineering to ensure conformance, capability, and on-time delivery. Relocation may be offered.

Formación

• Requires a University Degree or equivalent with 10+ years in aerospace/quality.
• Engineeting/ manufacturing/ quality background with AS9100 experience desired.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Inspire and develop a high-performing team of engineers, inspectors, and technicians.
• Lead CORE (continuous improvement) initiatives to reduce defects and costs.
• Define roadmaps to elevate Quality to a value-driving function and ensure on-time delivery.
