Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in quality inspection in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years performing advanced layout inspections and First Article Inspections.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and blueprint interpretation.
• Proficiency using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, height gauges).
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Aufgaben

• Perform complex layout inspections and First Article Inspections (FAIs) on precision‑manufactured components.
• Verify dimensions and tolerances using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, sine plates, and related inspection tools.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to resolve inspection and manufacturing issues.
• Assist with root cause investigations and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to less experienced inspectors.
