Job summary

A.R. Mazzotta Employment Specialists is seeking a Quality Control Inspector for 1st and 2nd shifts in Connecticut. The role involves inspecting precision components, using measuring instruments, and recording results.

Salary $18.00–$20.00 per hour, with Monday–Friday shifts and weekly pay. Onsite assignment with potential for permanent hire. Candidates should have experience in quality inspection, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality inspection or precision manufacturing.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, or other precision measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Comfortable using computers to document inspection results.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly, with occasional lifting up to 55 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inspect precision components to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Verify measurements and maintain accurate quality records.
• Utilize computerized inspection systems and electronic documentation.
• Move parts between departments as needed.

Quality Control Inspector – 1st & 2nd Shift

Litchfield County, CT 06759 | $18.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience

1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM–11:00 PM (Training on 1st Shift for approximately 3 months)
