• Ability to identify quality issues and assist with root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections on precision parts, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Use a variety of precision measuring and inspection equipment.
• Perform detailed visual inspections using microscopes.
• Verify parts and manufacturing processes meet established specifications.
• Identify defects and assist with root-cause analysis of quality issues.
• Maintain accurate inspection, lot control, and certification records.
• Document inspection results and communicate quality concerns with production.
• Confirm finished products meet quality standards before shipment.
