Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO9001/2015 and AS9100D standards.
• Proficiency with CMM and inspection arms/scanners preferred.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to verify conformance to specs.
• Use calipers, micrometers, height gauges and fixtures for precise measurements.
• Operate CMM and inspection arm/scanner for complex parts.
• Conduct visual inspections to identify defects and non-conformities.
• Document inspection results with accurate reports and data analysis.
• Collaborate with QA to identify improvements and implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to root cause analyses and preventive measures.
