Job summary

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED with 3+ years in quality inspection in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of ISO9001/2015 and AS9100D standards.
Proficiency with CMM and inspection arms/scanners; able to read drawings and use calipers/micrometers.
Ability to obtain Secret Clearance; detail-oriented with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure conformance.
Perform precise measurements with calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and fixtures.
Operates CMM and Inspection Arm/Scanner for complex parts inspections.
Document results, maintain records, and generate inspection reports/data analyses.
Support QA with root-cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformities.
Ensure compliance with ISO9001/2015 and AS9100D; communicate quality requirements to production.
Stay current on inspection techniques and industry standards.
