Qualifications

• High School or GED with 5+ years in quality inspection.
• Ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
• Strong knowledge of ISO9001/2015 and AS9100D.
• Experience with CMM and inspection arms; ability to read drawings.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished products for conformance.
• Use calipers, micrometers, height gauges for precise measurements.
• Operate CMM and Inspection Arm/Scanner to inspect parts.
• Document inspection results and generate detailed reports.
• Collaborate with QA to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Support ISO9001/AS9100D compliance and QMS improvements.
• Communicate quality requirements to production and engineering.
• Stay updated on inspection techniques and standards.
