Amazon is seeking a Senior Manager of Operational Excellence for the Amazon Now QC network. You will own post-dispatch quality outcomes and ensure metrics are defined, prioritized, and ready for Day 1 operations.

This high-visibility role requires executive presence, quantitative depth, and the ability to translate ambiguity into structured plans across Tech, Product, Program, and Operations. Lead a team focused on data-driven performance improvements.

Qualifications

10+ years in Business, Operations, or related field.
Experience owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership.
Track record building measures and reporting solutions.
Experience leading large cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

Set the delivery quality bar across QC supply chain and drive accountability.
Build and lead a high-performing team of operational excellence and data professionals.
Architect data-driven root-cause frameworks for post-dispatch defects.
Define metric readiness strategy and data pipelines.
Create dashboards and models providing real-time visibility into performance.
Influence VP-level leadership with data-driven narratives on trends and risks.
Drive cross-functional alignment across Supply Chain, Tech, Product, and Operations.
Translate VOC and data into prioritized actions with clear ownership.
Establish scalable operating cadences for the network.
Shape quality standards for new site launches and expansions.
