The successful candidate will lead a quality engineering team in an EMS/PCBA manufacturing environment, driving customer quality management, audits, and continuous improvement to reduce defects and improve yield and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading quality teams in EMS/PCBA environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with PCBA and box build manufacturing.
• Expertise in root cause analysis and corrective action programs (8D, CAPA).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the quality engineering team.
• Manage customer quality, audits, and escalation resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement, defect reduction, and yield improvements.
