Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Quality Lead to define data-testing strategy and oversee end-to-end quality activities in a remote role. You will guide technical teams, translate data-quality risks into business impacts, and ensure release readiness without day-to-day hands-on testing.

The role requires healthcare data-domain knowledge and leadership across SDLC, with a focus on risk management, metrics, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

3 Years of proven ability to manage projects, timelines, and resources effectively.
3 Years of demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and meet client expectations.
3 Years of experience leading and mentoring small teams through all phases of the SDLC; ability to coach and develop QA testers and Associate Quality Leads.

Responsibilities

Strategy and oversight: Lead data testing strategy, planning, estimation, execution oversight, quality metrics, and reporting.
Data validation: Oversee SQL and database validation, data integration, ETL, migration, and end-to-end data-flow testing.
Test data and tools: Guide test data management and apply experience with test automation and data-validation tools.
Healthcare expertise: Understand claims, membership, provider, and care management data.
Risk and bug: Lead risk identification, mitigation, defect management, and root cause analysis.
Delivery leadership: Drive quality across the SDLC, Agile delivery, and release readiness.
Stakeholder leadership: Build client relationships, lead cross-functional collaboration, and communicate quality status and business impacts to executives.
