You will guide technical teams, manage QA testers and associate leads, and report quality status to executives while driving release readiness across SDLC in a remote-capable healthcare transformation environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of proven ability to manage projects, timelines, and resources effectively.
• 3 years of experience leading and mentoring QA testers and Associate Quality Leads.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; substitutions allowed per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead data testing strategy, planning, estimation, and reporting.
• Oversee SQL and database validation, ETL, migration, and end-to-end data testing.
• Guide test data management and data-validation tool usage.
• Understand healthcare data domains including claims, membership, provider, and care management.
• Lead risk identification, mitigation, defect management, and root cause analysis.
• Drive quality across the SDLC, Agile delivery, and release readiness.
• Communicate quality status and business impacts to executives.
