Qualifications

• 3 years of project, timeline, and resource management experience.
• 3 years of customer service experience and client satisfaction.
• 3 years of leading small QA teams through SDLC; coaching QA testers.

Responsibilities

• Lead data testing strategy, planning, estimation, execution oversight, metrics, and reporting.
• Oversee SQL/database validation, data integration, ETL, migrations, and data-flow testing.
• Guide test data management and automation with data-validation tools.
• Understand claims, membership, provider, and care management data.
• Lead risk identification, mitigation, and root cause analysis.
• Drive quality across SDLC, Agile, and release readiness.
• Communicate quality status and business impacts to executives.
