Qualifications

• 10+ years of QA/Quality Engineering experience in healthcare payer systems.
• Experience leading end-to-end testing for large Facets programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and delivery leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Quality Engineering delivery across healthcare payer programs, including functional, integration, regression, user acceptance, and release testing.
• Own test strategy, planning, estimation, scope definition, resource planning, risk management, defect management, and release readiness.
• Provide testing governance across large-scale Facets programs, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams and delivery teams.
• Lead multi-vendor and cross-functional teams across onsite and offshore locations to drive collaboration and successful delivery.
• Manage client and executive stakeholder communication, delivery governance, SLAs, risks, dependencies, and service commitments.
