The role focuses on process control design, data-driven improvements using tools like Minitab, audits, and coaching staff to achieve high standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field required.
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) required.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Update procedures, work instructions and forms per customer specs.
• Design and refine process control and testing methods.
• Support quality audits internally and with customers/regulators.
• Mentor QE/QT and other team members on quality tools.
• Provide training on quality policy and procedures.
