Job summary

DTI (Diversified Technology, Inc.) seeks a Senior Quality Engineer – Performance & Automation in Columbus, OH (Hybrid). You will design, develop, and execute performance, load, and automation testing to support enterprise initiatives and complex Work and Asset Management projects.

The role requires 5+ years in quality engineering, 3+ years in test automation (Tosca) and performance testing (NeoLoad), and experience with SAP, Salesforce, web/API/integration testing in Agile environments.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Quality Engineering experience.
3+ years of hands-on test automation development experience using Tosca or similar automation tools.
3+ years of hands-on performance testing and analysis experience using NeoLoad or comparable performance testing tools.
Experience testing SAP, Salesforce, web, API, integration, and/or cloud-based applications.
Experience designing, executing, and maintaining automated and performance testing assets in Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, scalability, endurance, and volume testing activities.
Create and maintain reusable performance test assets and frameworks utilizing NeoLoad and enterprise-standard tooling.
Analyze performance results and identify application, infrastructure, database, integration, and cloud performance bottlenecks.
Define performance baselines, success criteria, and release readiness recommendations.
Support performance testing across SAP, Salesforce, web, API, and cloud-based platforms.
Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites using Tricentis Tosca and associated automation technologies.
Expand automation coverage across business-critical workflows and regression testing activities.
Develop test automation solutions supporting web, API, SAP, Salesforce, and enterprise integrations.
Support automation framework enhancements, reporting, and execution optimization.
Contribute to CI/CD and continuous testing initiatives.
Support multiple enterprise initiatives through hands-on automation and performance testing activities.
Partner with project teams to identify automation opportunities, performance testing needs, and delivery risks.
Develop reusable testing assets, scripts, and frameworks that improve efficiency across programs.
Troubleshoot test execution, application performance, automation, and integration issues.
Collaborate with delivery teams to support successful test execution, defect resolution, and release readiness activities.
Provide technical guidance related to Tosca, NeoLoad, automation best practices, and performance testing approaches.
