• Experience testing REST/SOAP APIs and distributed enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance testing activities (load, stress, scalability).
• Create and maintain reusable performance test assets using NeoLoad.
• Analyze performance results and identify bottlenecks across application, infrastructure, database, integration, and cloud components.
• Define performance baselines, success criteria, and release readiness criteria.
• Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites using Tosca and associated automation technologies.
• Expand automation coverage across critical workflows and regression testing activities.
• Develop test automation solutions for web, API, SAP, Salesforce, and enterprise integrations.
• Support automation framework enhancements, reporting, and execution optimization.
• Contribute to CI/CD and continuous testing initiatives.

Job description

• 5+ years of hands‑on Quality Engineering experience supporting enterprise applications
• 3+ years of hands‑on test automation development experience using Tricentis Tosca or similar automation tools
• 3+ years of hands‑on performance testing and analysis experience using NeoLoad or comparable performance testing tools
• Experience testing SAP, Salesforce, web, API, integration, and/or cloud-based applications
• Experience testing REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and distributed enterprise applications
• Experience designing, executing, and maintaining automated and performance testing assets in Agile delivery environments

Preferred Qualification

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, Salesforce Lightning, and enterprise integration
• Experience using Dynatrace or similar application performance monitoring tool
• Experience implementing performance testing within Agile and CI/CD delivery model

This shared resource role will support multiple strategic programs and technology platforms across the enterprise, with an initial emphasis on the Work and Asset Management (WAM) portfolio. The successful candidate will serve as a technical contributor responsible for designing, developing, executing, and maintaining automated and performance testing solutions that improve quality, reduce risk, and support successful project delivery.
