Blue Star Partners LLC is seeking a Sr. Quality Engineer - Performance & Automation (Contract) to lead hands-on performance testing and test automation across enterprise programs. Hybrid work model with on-site Tue-Thu and remote Mon/Fri.

Rate $70-$80/hour, contract through Aug 16, 2027, with potential extension. Role emphasizes performance engineering and automation using Tosca and NeoLoad, testing SAP, Salesforce, web, API, and cloud apps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Quality Engineering experience supporting enterprise applications.
• 3+ years of hands-on test automation development using Tricentis Tosca or similar automation tools.
• 3+ years of hands-on performance testing and analysis using NeoLoad or comparable performance testing tools.
• Experience testing SAP, Salesforce, web, API, integration, and/or cloud-based applications.
• Strong communication and collaboration across project, development, infrastructure, and quality teams.
• Ability to work across multiple initiatives in a shared resource delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, scalability, endurance, and volume testing activities.
• Create and maintain reusable performance test assets, scripts, scenarios, and frameworks using NeoLoad and enterprise-standard performance testing tools.
• Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites using Tricentis Tosca and related automation technologies.
• Partner with delivery teams to troubleshoot performance issues and validate remediation actions.
• Support testing for SAP, Salesforce, web, API, cloud-based platforms.
• Contribute to CI/CD and continuous testing initiatives by integrating automated testing into delivery pipelines where applicable.
• Provide technical guidance related to Tosca, NeoLoad, automation best practices, and performance testing approaches.
• Work with delivery teams to identify testing needs and release readiness.
