Job summary
Encore Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer - Performance & Automation to support enterprise initiatives across SAP, Salesforce, web, and API testing. The role combines hands-on performance engineering with test automation, collaborating with delivery teams to improve quality and release readiness across multiple programs.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Quality Engineering experience with enterprise applications.
- 3+ years of test automation using Tricentis Tosca.
- 3+ years of performance testing with NeoLoad.
- Experience testing SAP, Salesforce, web, API, integrations, and cloud apps.
- Experience testing REST/SOAP APIs and distributed enterprise apps.
- Experience designing automated and performance testing assets in Agile environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute performance testing activities (load, stress, scalability).
- Create and maintain reusable performance test assets using NeoLoad.
- Analyze performance results and identify bottlenecks across application, infrastructure, database, integration, and cloud components.
- Define performance baselines, success criteria, and release readiness criteria.
- Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites using Tosca and associated automation technologies.
- Expand automation coverage across critical workflows and regression testing activities.
- Develop test automation solutions for web, API, SAP, Salesforce, and enterprise integrations.
- Support automation framework enhancements, reporting, and execution optimization.
- Contribute to CI/CD and continuous testing initiatives.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to identify automation opportunities and risks.
- Develop reusable testing assets and scripts to improve efficiency across programs.
- Troubleshoot test execution, application performance, automation, and integration issues.
