Job summary

ApTask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer - Performance & Automation for a Columbus, OH contract role with a major utility company. This position focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining automated and performance testing solutions to improve quality and reduce risk.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in quality engineering, 3+ years of test automation (Tosca) and performance testing (NeoLoad), and experience across SAP, Salesforce, web, APIs and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Quality Engineering experience.
• 3+ years automation development using Tosca or similar tools.
• 3+ years of hands-on performance testing using NeoLoad or similar tools.
• Experience testing SAP, Salesforce, web, API, integrations and cloud-based apps.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance tests and analyses across platforms.
• Create reusable performance test assets and frameworks with NeoLoad.
• Identify bottlenecks in application, infrastructure, databases, integrations and cloud.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Tosca.
• Support CI/CD and release readiness with automated testing.
