Job summary

Agility Partners is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer – Performance & Automation to join an energy and utilities client. You will design scalable performance testing and automation across SAP, Salesforce, web, API, and cloud platforms to reduce risk and improve release quality.

Responsibilities include developing load and endurance tests with NeoLoad, building automated Tosca suites, analyzing results, and driving CI/CD improvements across delivery teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on quality engineering for complex enterprise apps.
• 3+ years test automation using Tosca or similar.
• 3+ years performance testing with NeoLoad or similar.
• Experience testing SAP, Salesforce, web, API, and cloud apps.
• Experience REST and SOAP APIs, distributed integrations.
• Agile delivery experience with automated testing and CI/CD.

Senior Quality Engineer – Performance & Automation

A little about this gig

Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Senior Quality Engineer – Performance & Automation to fill an open position with one of our large energy and utilities clients. This role will support strategic enterprise initiatives by developing scalable performance testing and test automation solutions across SAP, Salesforce, web, API, integration, and cloud-based platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to business-critical programs, improve enterprise testing capabilities, and help delivery teams reduce risk and improve release quality.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive performance testing strategies, including load, stress, scalability, endurance, and volume testing using NeoLoad and other enterprise testing tools
• Create, maintain, and execute automated test suites using Tricentis Tosca across SAP, Salesforce, web, API, and enterprise integration environments
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues, and identify performance bottlenecks, delivery risks, and release-readiness concerns
• Partner with multiple project and delivery teams to expand automation coverage, develop reusable testing assets, support defect resolution, and contribute to continuous testing and CI/CD initiatives

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on Quality Engineering experience supporting complex enterprise applications
• 3+ years of test automation development experience using Tricentis Tosca or a comparable automation platform
• 3+ years of performance testing and analysis experience using NeoLoad or a similar performance testing tool
• Demonstrated experience testing SAP, Salesforce, web, API, integration, and cloud-based applications
• Proven experience testing REST and SOAP APIs, distributed applications, and enterprise integrations
• Strong experience designing, executing, maintaining, and troubleshooting automated and performance testing solutions within Agile delivery environments

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, Salesforce Lightning, and enterprise integrations
• Experience using Dynatrace or a similar application performance monitoring tool
• Experience integrating performance testing and test automation into Agile and CI/CD delivery models
• Experience supporting multiple projects within a shared-services delivery environment
• Utility industry experience
